Commercial Institute, Thiruvananthapuram 21-11-2024 23-11-2024 60 Three-day introductory workshop for around 60 students and some faculty members. Their feedback was unbelievable and all the students shared their experiences without any compulsion. The students were from different age groups and different back grounds and some were married and having children. Their experiences were shared and a few  came for discussion regarding their personal issues. Some of them were weeping during the session especially discussing the trust part.
21 Introductory UHV 3 Senior citizens offline Synergy group 28-11-2024 30-11-2024 22 Conducted a three-day introductory workshop for about 22 senior citizens of synergy group of Trissur held at COSTFORD Trissur. One of the sharing by a 75-year-old lady, who is retired as a revenue officer about the lack of trust in their family, even now saddened all participants.  Based on the request of the group, follow up meeting is being conducted every week for them.
