Assistive Technology Group

The Assistive Technology (AT) Group of Mar Baselios College of Engineering and Technology (MBCET) has undertaken multiple initiatives, project proposals, and collaborations to enhance technology interventions for differently-abled individuals. Through sensitization programs, internships, and strategic partnerships, MBCET is making a substantial impact in the domain of Assistive Technology and inclusive innovation for differently-abled individuals. The ongoing efforts in awareness building and strategic collaborations will continue to drive forward the mission of accessibility and inclusivity in education and innovation. Since 2019, the group has conducted Assistive Technology Internships that include field visits, hands-on training and expert talk sessions, culminating in AT related project ideation and prototype development.
